PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take action when a failure occurs in a power supply or load.;SOLUTION: A power system configuration device includes: a recognition unit that recognizes a normal power source and a load; a storage unit that stores a power list that represents the power that can be supplied by a plurality of power sources and the power consumption of a plurality of loads, and a destabilizing factor list that represents a combination of a power source and a load which causes an unstable operation; a grouping unit that groups the normal power supplies and loads into a plurality of groups; a determination unit that refers to the power list and the destabilizing factor list to determine that grouping is inappropriate when the combination is included in the destabilizing factor list, when the load power is greater than the power that can be supplied, or when the load power is less than the power that can be supplied by a specific amount or more; and an output unit that outputs a grouping instruction again when the grouping is determined to be inappropriate, and outputs the result of the grouping when the grouping is determined not to be inappropriate.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
