The present invention relates to a novel heterologous and artificial T helper cell epitope (th epitope) designed to provide optimal immunogenicity of target antigenic sites.The disclosed th epitopes induce a strong antibody response to the B cell epitope of the target antigenic site when covalently bound to the B cell epitope in the peptide immunoprotoplast.Th epitopes are immune silent in itself, i.e.because of the antibodies produced by the peptide immunoprotoplasts, even if they are directed to very little th epitopes, a highly concentrated immune response directed to the target antigenic site is possible.Different indiscriminate th epitopes provide an effective and safe peptide immunogen that does not produce an inflammatory anti autologous immune response after administration.Diagram
