To provide a space production determination method, a program, a space production determination system, and a space production management system that can improve the effect obtained by using a target space.SOLUTION: A space production determination method includes an acquisition step S11, an estimation step S12, and a determination step S13. The acquisition step S11 is a step of acquiring space information related to a target space and including behavior information related to the behavior of a person in the target space. The estimation step S12 is a step of estimating the activity status of a person in the target space on the basis of the space information.
