PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate measurement by simultaneously and parallelly using a plurality of radiation detector.;SOLUTION: Time differences Δt between a pulse output P0A from a start detector 11A as well as a pulse output P0B from a start detector 11B and a pulse output P1 from a stop detector are measured to generate a histogram of Δt. The time interval between the pulse output P1 and the pulse output P0B is set to uniformly spread for a shift time T in addition to the original time interval ΔtB with respect to the pulse output P0A as the reference. In Fig. 2 (iii) which is a measured histogram of Δt, since the shift time T is uniformly added to the original time interval ΔtB, the distribution of a peak on the left corresponds to the histogram of ΔtA, and the distribution of a peak on the right side corresponds to the histogram of ΔtB.
