To obtain an excellent method and a device for a resource allocation in a wireless communication system.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a method comprises: a step for distributing a part of a resource which can be used by a base station subset of a plurality of base stations, and providing a service to an UT (user terminal) subset from a base station cluster of a cluster size comprising two or more base stations and including at least 1, where the part of the resource is distributed so as to provide the service to one UT through the base station cluster belonging to a user; and a step for scheduling an UT transmission on the base station subset and a scheduling slot, where the scheduling of transmission of one or a plurality of user terminals is performed by the base station cluster belonging to each user in each scheduling slot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
