A water surface greening ecological landscape apparatus, comprising a planting bucket (1), an air bag (2), a large rubber hose (3), a small rubber hose, a green rubber sheet, a thickened non-leakage rubber film, an aluminum wire and an aluminum plate, wherein the diameter of the planting bucket (1) gradually increases from the bottom to the top, the outer diameter of a trimming opening part of the top thereof is 2 cm larger than the inner diameter thereof, and the middle part of the outer diameter of the planting bucket (1) is provided with a sleeving-pulling ring; and the air bag (2) is arranged on the planting bucket (1) in a sleeving manner, the inner diameter of the air bag (2) is smaller than the outer diameter of the top of the planting barrel (1), the outer diameter of the air bag (2) is larger than the outer diameter of the top of the planting bucket (1), such that the air bag is pressed onto the outer diameter part of the top of the planting bucket (1) with a little force, and the air bag (2) is further provided with an air nozzle which is used for inflating and deflating same. The apparatus can not only be used for planting aquatic plants, but can also be used for planting land plants, such that the water surface greening area is enlarged.
