The present invention relates to a preparation method for a carbon-based fertilizer, and in particular, to special pig manure charcoal modified by amino grafting, a preparation method, and use thereof in farmland water-removing and nitrogen recycling. The method comprises the following steps: 1. drying raw materials: dehydrating the raw material pig manure to a water content of 80%-85%, and then successively performing acid washing, drying, and crushing to obtain dry pig manure powder; (2) performing liquid nitrogen pretreatment and high temperature carbonization to obtain expanded pig manure charcoal; (3) performing carboxylation treatment to obtain carboxylated pig manure charcoal; and (4) grafting amino groups: adding the carboxylated pig manure charcoal prepared in step 3 into an aqueous ammonia fluid, stirring for 20-24 h under heating conditions of an oil bath at 200-240 °C, cooling to room temperature, then washing and filtering the reaction product, blowing same with N2, drying the product in vacuum at 110±5 °C for 12-24 h, and grinding same, so as to obtain special pig manure charcoal modified by amino grafting.
