PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to perform ex post facto confirmation of the situation at the time of radiation exposure when radiation exposure occurs.SOLUTION: A dose evaluation device that evaluates the dose of radiation for dosimetry of radiation comprises: a moving image reproducing unit that reproduces a moving image photographed in a state in which external light can enter in an environment where there is a possibility that radiation is irradiated and recorded in a moving image recording unit; and a dose calculating unit for calculating the dose of the irradiated radiation by analyzing the frame image constituting the reproduced moving image. The dose calculating unit comprises: an image characteristic value acquiring unit that acquires an image characteristic value representing a characteristic of a frame image corresponding to the number of spots in a frame image generated by radiation irradiation; and a dose conversion unit for converting the image characteristic value into a dose.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
