The present specification discloses a method for manufacturing an immunosensor based on electrochemical impedance measurement for IgM-RF by performing simple immobilization of an IgG-Fc fragment antibody on a TA-SAM/IDWμE array. The formation of TA-SAM in the IDWμE array can be confirmed via AFM and EIS. TA-SAM provides a biocompatible environment for immobilizing a target IgG-Fc fragment while maintaining the biological activity of the immobilized IgG-Fc fragment. The covalent binding of the IgG-Fc fragment on the gold surface provides significant stability to the bioelectrode. The biosensor according to an embodiment of the present invention exhibited a detection limit of 0.60 IU mL -1 and a dynamic range of 1-200 IU mL -1 .
