The purpose of this study is to provide a traveling environment analysis system for accurately estimating an event occurring outside a vehicle.The travel environment analyzing apparatus includes a viewpoint centralized area detecting section, a viewpoint concentration area event estimation section, and an information output section.The viewpoint centralized area detecting section is an area outside the plurality of vehicles and successively detects the viewpoint concentration area, which is an area in which the occupants of a plurality of vehicles pay attention, based on the line of sight information concerning the occupant's gaze.The area focused area event estimator estimates an event occurring in a new viewpoint concentration area when a new viewpoint area is detected.The information output section outputs information of the new viewpoint area and information of the event.
