The subject matter disclosed herein includes compounds comprising a first monomer that is allyl functionalized and crosslinkable and a second monomer that is not crosslinkable. In some embodiments, the compound is photocrosslinkable, and certain embodiments are photocrosslinkable with ultraviolet light. Shape memory vascular grafts are also provided that are composed of the compounds of the present invention and allow transition from a temporary shape to an original shape when heated above the melting temperature. Further provided are methods of treating vascular pathological conditions utilizing the graft embodiments of the present invention.
