The sausage-type cod roe of the present invention and its manufacturing method are prepared by mixing an additive containing shiitake leaf powder with a powdered egg of no commercial value to remove the fishy smell of cod roe and improve the flavor. To provide a soshishi-type cod roe with improved preservation and convenience and a manufacturing method thereof.
