A method of providing a multi-party trust-based open limited application lottery service using blockchain is disclosed. This method creates a main smart contract with a defined master policy for the lottery service and distributes it on the blockchain. The lottery smart contract is based on the main smart contract with lottery service information according to the master policy input from the recruiter. The lottery contract distribution stage in which the contract is created and distributed on the blockchain, the application stage in which each user''s application information for the lottery smart contract is input and registered in the block chain, and the lottery smart contract is executed when the execution conditions for the lottery smart contract execution are met and a contract fulfillment step of processing so that a prize is paid to the winner after determining a winner from among a plurality of users who have applied for the lottery service by executing it.
