The present invention confirms whether diploid or triploidy of abalone using a primer set capable of discriminating the ploidy of abalone. It can be used for ploidy research by making it possible, and it can be usefully used as a microsatellite genetic maker by making it possible to obtain excellent varieties of abalone with good meat quality.
