Disclosed is a deep cable-anchored pile supporting system, comprising an anchor cable pile, and an anchor pile, which is arranged on a side of the anchor cable pile that is away from a foundation pit, wherein a first anchor cable A and a second anchor cable A are provided between the anchor cable pile and the anchor pile; an inner-row anchor cable enclosure A is provided on the inner side of the anchor cable pile; an outer-row anchor cable enclosure is provided on the outer side of the top of the anchor pile; one end of the first anchor cable A penetrates the anchor cable pile and is then connected to the inner-row anchor cable enclosure A, and the other end of the first anchor cable A extends upwards in an inclined direction, penetrates the anchor pile and is then connected to the outer-row anchor cable enclosure; and one end of the second anchor cable A penetrates the anchor cable pile and is then connected to the inner-row anchor cable enclosure A, and the other end of the second anchor cable A extends downwards in an inclined direction and is connected to the anchor pile. A construction method for the deep cable-anchored pile supporting system is further disclosed. The present application can be carried out in a limited construction range, and improves the construction efficiency.
