摘要

This crystal growth condition analysis method comprises: a step in which an evaluation function is calculated on the basis of the results of measuring crystals grown with crystal growth conditions having been changed; a step in which machine learning of the evaluation function is performed; and a step in which optimal crystal growth conditions are determined using the machine learning results, wherein the evaluation function is based on the difference (123) between crystal quality data (121) for an ideal crystal and crystal quality data (122) for the grown crystal. As a result, with this crystal growth condition analysis method, it is possible to automatically optimize crystal growth conditions, and reduce costs and the time spent on the crystal growth process.
