FIELD: dosing equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dosing head made with the possibility of connecting to a beverage container above a container valve located in the beverage container in a dosing system. The dosing head contains a case having the first end and the second end, a hollow piston made with the possibility of moving in the axial direction inside the case, wherein the piston is connected to a handle so that actuating the handle causes the piston movement in the axial direction and beyond boundaries of the second end of the case to open the container valve, and a gas inlet element located in the case and connected through fluid by means of a fluid channel to a gap passing along the piston between the case and the piston. The case has a hole passing through the case and communicating through fluid with the fluid channel, wherein a valve is placed in the fluid channel opposite the hole. The valve has the first position, in which the gas inlet element is connected via fluid to an inner part of the beverage container, when the piston has opened the container valve, and the second position, in which the gas inlet element is closed, and the inner part of the beverage container is connected via fluid to the hole so that the gas pressure in the beverage container can be aligned with the ambient pressure before disconnecting the dosing head from the beverage container.
