There are two or more wireless centralized control base stations (A) and wireless instruments (B); the wireless centralized control base stations (A) are connected to the wireless instruments (B); each wireless centralized control base station (A) comprises a wireless group module (A-1), a wireless centralized control intelligent control module (A-2), a wireless data transmission module (A-3), a base station power supply module (A-4), a display panel (A-5), and a protection circuit module (A-6); each wireless instrument (B) comprises a wireless function module (B-1), a signal conditioning module (B-2), a display control module (B-3), and an instrument power supply module (B-4), wherein the wireless function module (B-1) comprises an antenna group (B-1a), a power amplifier unit (B-1b), and a transmit-receive unit (B-1c), and the signal conditioning module (B-2) comprises a control unit (B-2a), a sampling unit (B-2b), and a signal preprocessing circuit (B-2c). According to the system and method, in soil remediation scale construction, engineering application limitations in the field of soil remediation can be broken through with costs controlled, efficiency improved and benefits increased; the system and method are more environment-friendly, energy-saving and efficient.
