Disclosed in the present invention is a neck massager. The neck massager comprises multiple massage heads, an output switching circuit electrically connected to the multiple massage heads, and a controller; the controller is used for outputting a first electrical signal to the output switching circuit; the output switching circuit is used for switching the output path among the multiple massage heads according to the first electrical signal output by the controller; the multiple massage heads are used for massaging the neck of a user according to the output path switched by the output switching circuit.
