A data collection unit comprising a facility data collection module for collecting information on energy facilities installed in a building and an environment data collection module for collecting information on the building environment, an energy target management unit for setting an energy-related target of the building; and an energy consumption prediction unit for predicting the energy consumption amount of the energy facility to reach the set target of the energy target management unit based on a similar environment in the past, a consumption prediction reduction control system for active energy management is provided.
