Provided are gut microbe-based biomarkers for predicting curative effect on bipolar disorder, and screening and applications thereof. Biomarker 1), i.e., Eubacterium_biforme, biomarker 2), i.e., Ruminococcus_torques, and biomarker 3), i.e., Collinsella_unclassified, are comprised, and the relative abundance of a combination of the biomarkers in a treatment-effective group of patients with bipolar disorder is significantly increased. Also provided are an application of the biomarkers as test targets or test objects in preparation of a test kit, and an application of the biomarkers as targets in curative effect prediction.
