An implant-type pile press-in apparatus in a construction foundation system, and an implant-type piling method using same are disclosed. Particularly, an apparatus for pressing-in a pile in a construction foundation system comprises: a pile mounting member, which is formed in a pipe shape so that a pile can be inserted therein, has a male thread part formed on the upper end thereof, and has an upper flange and a lower flange respectively formed at the upper and lower portions thereof so as to be embedded and implanted into the foundation slab of a newly-constructed structure; a reaction force bearing pipe, which is formed in a pipe shape so that pile can be accommodated therein, has a female thread part formed at the lower end thereof so as to be fastened to the male thread part, and has openings formed at both sides thereof so that the pile can be inserted therein; and a hydraulic jack coupled to the upper end of the reaction force bearing pipe so as to press-in the pile.
