A method for automatically reserving a consultation according to a mental health analysis result, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an analysis step in which a server analyzes a user's biometric information and answer information on a question and answer examination on the user's mental health, so as to compute analysis result information; a condition matching step in which the server matches the analysis result information with requirements for contact of an expert for a psychological consultation; a consent request step in which the server transmits, to a user terminal or a fixed terminal, contract content information and consent/refusal information on a contract for the psychological consultation; a consent reception step in which the server receives, from the user terminal or the fixed terminal, consent information as a reply to the consent/refusal information; a contract step in which the server makes the contract between the user and the expert and generates contract conclusion information; and a blockchain storage step in which the server stores the contract conclusion information in the contract step in a blockchain.
