A vehicle driving-based danger early-warning method and system, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: acquiring movement state information of each terminal device in real time, the terminal device being a terminal device associated with a driving vehicle or a pedestrian; and according to a real-time location of each terminal device on a road map and in view of the movement state information of the terminal devices, predicting a terminal device subjected to traffic risk. Said method can monitor in real time pedestrians and vehicles participating in traffic on a road, and predict, in a timely manner, pedestrians and vehicles subjected to traffic risk, overcoming the problem in the prior art that, when a vehicle detects risks by means of a detector, risks cannot be predicted in time due to an emergent situation such as pedestrian intrusion or the presence of a detection blind area.
