PATIENT DATA VISUALIZATION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING DECISION-MAKING IN CHRONIC DISEASE

Provided are a patient data visualization method and system for assisting decision-making in chronic disease: constructing a knowledge map of chronic diseases, and combining with a patient's static data and dynamic data to construct a hyperplane management data model diagram of the patient, then projecting it onto a two-dimensional plane; comparing the Euclidean distance between the features on the two-dimensional plane view of the patient information model and the distance difference between the standard features, combining with the path node concept and the attribute relationships between concepts, and generating and recommending a management plan; the fusion of a patient information model and a chronic disease knowledge map can make full use of the semantic information of the features, and on a two-dimensional plane, the importance and correlation of various risk factors are comprehensively and systematically displayed in the form of position and color; the effectiveness of patient chronic disease management is evaluated by means of geometric location, then the path is utilized to develop a personalized patient health management plan to help the patient improve their chronic disease management capabilities from multiple dimensions.
