Application of a myricetin compound in the preparation of drugs for prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia. Specifically, the present invention relates to use of a myricetin compound and a pharmaceutical composition as a 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) 3CL protease inhibitor in the preparation of drugs for treatment and/or prevention and alleviation of related diseases such as respiratory tract infections and pneumonia caused by 2019 novel coronavirus infections.
