In the case of using the Indel marker for species discrimination of the bifolium and the indel marker of the present invention and the primers to amplify the marker, it is possible to easily distinguish the white succulent from other plants in the genus of white rice, such as bifoliate bullfinch, and it is faster, more accurate, and more economical. In this way, it is possible to classify the species of Baeksuo.
