A mobile device (10), a control terminal (30), a method for measuring temperature by using an infrared thermal imager (12) in a mobile device (10), and a mobile system (100), which implement a process for remote temperature measurement and ensure the accuracy of the measurement result. Also provided on the mobile device (10) is an ambient temperature black body (13). The method for measuring temperature by using an infrared thermal imager (12) in a mobile device (10) comprises: using an infrared thermal imager (12) to acquire a temperature measurement value of a target to be detected that is located in the view field of the infrared thermal imager (12) and a temperature measurement vale of an ambient temperature black body (13); and correcting the temperature measurement value of said target according to the temperature measurement value of the ambient temperature black body (13) so as to obtain a corrected temperature value of said target.
