ENSIFER SESBANIAE STRAIN AND USE THEREOF IN BIOLOGICAL ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION

Provided are an Ensifer sesbaniae Y5 strain and a use thereof in biological electricity production. The present strain is stored in the Guangdong Microbial Culture Collection Center and has an accession number of GDMCC No: 60957, and a deposit date of 14 January 2020. The present strain is screened and separated out from black and odorous water sediment and has the ability to produce electricity, can grow in a pH range of 5.5-9.5 and a temperature range of 4-45°C, and can use multiple carbon sources to generate electricity. The strain can be used in the fields of environmental management and energy generation.
