This artificial general intelligence system determines the output to the outside on the basis of information entered from the outside, and is provided with: a storage unit which stores, in advance, a data model that imitates people and people's thinking; a generation unit which retrieves the data model from the storage unit, and generates human objects that can reproduce human behavior and thinking; a world construction unit which has a first platform and a second platform on which human objects are arranged, and constructs a world in which the human objects' behavior and thinking develop; an outside world reproduction unit which, on the basis of information entered from the outside, arranges human objects on the first platform and reproduces the outside world; and an output determination unit which recognizes the outside world reproduced on the first platform, thereby identifying outside conditions, and which arranges and manipulates human objects on the second platform and thereby determines the output to the outside.
