The present invention relates to a gender changer for a slow charger having a human body safety function during charging for an ultra-small electric vehicle and an E-mobility vehicle and, more specifically, to a gender changer which connects an electric vehicle or an E-mobility vehicle and a connector for charging and has a different number of connection terminals provided for an ultra-small electric vehicle or an E-mobility vehicle, wherein the gender changer includes a human body detection function and a temperature detection function, so that user accidents such as electrical safety accidents and fire can be prevented. To this end, provided is a gender changer for a slow charger having a human body safety function during charging for an ultra-small electric vehicle and an E-mobility vehicle, characterized by having a human body monitoring sensor so as to prevent an electric shock accident that occurs when a user approaches during charging or disconnects the gender changer without pressing a finish button after charging is completed, and having a temperature sensor so as to detect fire that may occur during charging and prevent an accident.
