The present invention provides a tennis training device, which is applied to tennis training for a tennis trainee, and comprises a batting assembly and a rebound net assembly which are arranged in a split manner. The batting assembly comprises an adjustable support set and a batting cloth connected onto the support set; a ball receiving barrel and a ball guide pipe connected to the ball receiving barrel are arranged at the upper end of the batting cloth; protective nets are arranged on two sides of the batting cloth; the rebound net assembly comprises support rods and a rebound net plate movably arranged on the support rods; the tennis training device further comprises a controller as well as a microphone and an LED lamp connected to the controller; during training of the tennis trainee, the microphone and the LED lamp provide sound and light to make training of the tennis trainee more interesting. The present invention also provides a tennis training system for implementing training information interaction with the tennis trainer by means of the tennis training device. The tennis training device has the properties of entertainment devices and is connected to an application on a mobile device, thereby expanding the entertainment function of the tennis training device.
