A cancer patient prognostic factor importance analysis and treatment plan prescription analysis system using artificial intelligence according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a data collection unit for collecting references and patient information to be used for the analysis of the importance of prognostic factors in cancer patients; a data extraction unit for extracting data to be used for meta-analysis from the reference literature, and extracting data to be used for artificial intelligence analysis from the patient information; an analysis unit that performs meta-analysis and artificial intelligence analysis on the data extracted by the data extraction unit to analyze the relative importance of each prognostic factor affecting the treatment prognosis of a cancer patient; and a result output unit for outputting an analysis result by the analysis unit.
