According to a composition comprising the Lentispira sp. strain or a culture solution thereof according to an aspect, the strain or a culture solution thereof has excellent skin moisturizing effect and can strengthen the skin barrier. In addition, since it has excellent anti-aging effect by inhibiting collagen degradation or increasing collagen production and whitening effect by inhibiting melanin production, it can be usefully used in cosmetic compositions for skin improvement, compositions for external application for skin, and the like.
