The present invention uses coal flooring material and fly ash together as raw materials for geopolymer foam, a mixed solution of water glass and sodium hydroxide is used as an alkali activator, and silica fume is added as a blowing agent to provide a low thermal conductivity and light geopolymer foam. As a result, the geopolymer foam can be used to improve the insulation performance and safety of buildings as an environmentally friendly inorganic material.
