The present invention relates to a young ginseng cultivation apparatus and a cultivation method using the same, and more particularly, to provide a new cultivation apparatus and a cultivation method thereof useful for preventing diseases occurring in the cultivation process of young ginseng. A young ginseng cultivation apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a tray formed with a plurality of perforations through which seedlings pass at predetermined intervals; a light source installed on the top of the tray to enhance F2 ginsenoside in young hemp; and a mist sprayer installed in the lower part of the tray, wherein the root of the seedling penetrates the tray and the lower part of the tray is exposed, and the mist is intermittently sprayed on the exposed root of the seedling.
