A vibration reduction system and method for reducing vibration of a mounting structure may be disclosed. A vibration reduction system according to an embodiment includes: a first vibration control device installed inside a mounting structure and configured to reduce movement of the mounting structure due to vibration; a sensing unit detecting a vibration pattern of the first vibration control device and generating a detection result signal including the detected vibration pattern; a signal processing unit detecting a tilt of the mounting structure based on the detection result signal and generating a control signal for reducing the tilt of the mounting structure based on the detected ti and a second vibration control device for reducing the inclination of the mounting structure based on the control signal.
