SPACING AND DRAINAGE APPARATUS AGAINST INFECTION AFTER KNEE JOINT REPLACEMENT

A spacing and drainage apparatus against infection after knee joint replacement, comprising a femur (1) and a tibial base (2). The femur (1) is interactively connected to the tibial base (2) in a joint manner; a first cavity (3) is provided in the inner side of the femur (1), and a first channel hole (4) connected to the first cavity (3) is provided in a right end of the femur (1); a first delivery tube (5) is sealingly connected to the inner side of the first channel hole (4); several first water outlet holes (6) connected to the first cavity (3) are formed in a rear-side plane of the femur (1); a second cavity (7) is provided in the inner side of the tibial base (2), and a second channel hole (8) connected to the second cavity (7) is formed in a right end of the tibial base (2); a second delivery tube (9) is sealingly connected to the inner side of the second channel hole (8); several second water outlet holes (10) connected to the second cavity (7) are formed in a lower-end plane of the tibial base (2). The spacing and drainage apparatus is simple in structure, thereby facilitating disinfection for a joint of a patient and preventing infection of the joint; moreover, after mounted, the spacing and drainage apparatus can allow the joint to move, thereby avoiding muscle atrophy at the joint of the patient and increasing the possibility of reimplantation of an artificial knee joint.
