Provided are an assembly construction method for a concrete block masonry component and a construction device, the method comprising: binding together a binding beam, a block wall piece and a base in the vertical direction by using a binding rope; determining the horizontal position in which a lifting hook is located; selecting the positions of two lifting points A1 and A2 in a plane graph, such that the center of gravity position of the block wall piece is on a connecting line of the two lifting points A1 and A2, and ensuring that the distances between the two lifting points A1 and A2 and the center of gravity are equal; fixing the position of a sliding block on the binding beam by means of a pin bolt, and measuring and recording the length between the two lifting points A1 and A2; and connecting the lifting hook to a balance beam by means of a hoisting rope and then connecting to the binding beam by means of a lower hoisting rope for hoisting. The present invention solves the problem in which the operation of respectively adjusting sliding blocks on a balance beam and binding beam every time in the existing "two-point" hoisting method is relatively tedious. In the present invention, hoisting may be implemented merely by adjusting a sliding block on a binding beam and setting the lifting point position on the sliding block; in addition, the method is a feasible, simple and convenient, safe, and efficient construction method.
