The embodiments of the present application provide a live broadcast control method and apparatus, electronic device, live broadcast system, and storage medium, relating to the technical field of live broadcast. In the present application, first, in response to a preset operation performed by a user on the basis of live broadcast content displayed in a target live broadcast room, generating content selection parameters, said live broadcast content comprising game data of at least a part of the area of a target game; second, determining the target live broadcast content on the basis of the content selection parameters, the target live broadcast content comprising game data of at least a part of the area of the target game, and the at least part of the area being different from at least part of the area comprised by the live broadcast content; then, on the basis of the target live broadcast content, updating the live broadcast content of the target live broadcast room. By means of the described method, it is possible to improve the problem of poor applicability of the live broadcast content in existing game live broadcast because it can meet only some simple viewing needs of the audience.
