The present invention belongs to the field of modified materials, and in particular relates to a long-acting antibacterial material, a preparation method therefor, a long-acting antibacterial dental diaphragm and a long-acting antibacterial invisible appliance. The long-acting antibacterial material provided by the present invention is prepared by performing tertiary amination and in-situ quaternization on a substrate of which the surface is polyurethane. In the present invention, tertiary amination and in-situ quaternization treatment are performed on polyurethane (TPU) on the surface of the substrate, so that a quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial group is grafted onto the molecular structure on the surface of the substrate, thereby enabling the material to have stable and lasting antibacterial effects. The materials of the dental diaphragm and the invisible appliance provided by the present invention are both of the described long-acting antibacterial materials, thus having good biological safety, and stable and lasting antibacterial effects, and can effectively prevent and treat oral diseases such as dental caries, periodontal diseases, and dental pulp diseases.
