The present invention comprises: a registration unit for receiving, from a user terminal, an input of information relating to one or more electronic components or information relating to one or more projects, and registering same; a determination unit for determining whether or not a user has pre-registered an electronic component or a project if a search request is received with respect to said electronic component or project from a user terminal; a processing unit for deducting from points owned by said user if, according to a determination result by the determination unit, the user has not pre-registered, and requesting to charge points if the user does not own points; and an information providing unit for providing information, relating to the electronic component or project with respect to the search request, to the user terminal which has requested information reading if the processing unit has completed the point deduction.
