Facilities that require monitoring and control (operation, monitoring, control) of a motor through TM/TC (Tele-metering Tele-control), such as water treatment facilities (waterworks, sewerage, etc.), are very important in industry and daily life. It is an important facility. On-site equipment such as a motor pump is used to generate and control the flow of running water at these sites. The field facility is usually operated as an unmanned system. Therefore, the correct operation of the on-site equipment and prompt handling when a problem occurs are inevitably an important concern. The present invention relates to a system related to an on-site monitoring control panel, also called TM/TC (Tele-Metering/Tele-Control), required to operate on-site facilities in a water treatment process of a water and sewage treatment facility.
