The present invention relates to a Beauveria bassiana culture solution and a powdery chicken mite acaricide composition using the same. The composition of the present invention is composed of a dried Beauveria bassiana culture medium, an extender and a stabilizer, and the powdery formulation is directly applied to a laying hen farm, characterized in that it can effectively reduce the number of chicken mites.
