The oxide having a perovskite structure for manufacturing an anode functional layer of a solid oxide fuel cell according to various embodiments of the present invention is represented by the following Chemical Formula 1. In Formula 1, A is La, A' is any one selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr, and Ba, B and B' are any one selected from the group consisting of Pt, Zn, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu. [Formula 1] A 0.8-x A' x B y B' 1-y O 3- δ (Where x is 0.2 to 0.6, y is 0.01 to 0.2, and δ is -0.005 to 0.975.)
