FIELD: road building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vibration-type cutting mechanism for hard rock with a directed high-speed abrasive-jet advance notching function. The cutting mechanism is comprised of a disk cutter (1), a main shaft (3) of the cutter and a valve plate (5), wherein the outer side of the valve plate (5) is provided with an inlet hole (5-1) for an abrasive jet. The inner side of the valve plate (5) is provided with an flow channel (5-6) in form of an arc groove, and the inlet hole (5-1) for an abrasive jet and the flow channel (5-6) in form of an arc groove are connected by a flow channel I (5- 2). The inner side of the valve plate (5) and both sides of the flow channel (5-6) in form of an arc groove are provided with a groove (5-3) of a rotationally movable annular sealing, a sealing ring is installed in the groove (5-3) of the rotationally movable annular sealing, and the sealing ring ensures a tight connection between the valve plate (5) and the main shaft (3) of the cutter. A group of flow channels II (3-1) is evenly arranged in the main shaft (3) of the cutter, and one or more flow channels II (3-1) always retain the connection with the flow channel (5-6) in form of an arc groove during rotation of the main shaft (3) of the cutter. The disk cutter (1) is comprised of a cutter body (1-1) and a group of alloy cutting heads (1-4), a group of flow channels III (1-8) are located in the cutter body (1-1), the flow channels III (1-8 ) or branches of the flow channels III (1-8) extend to the position of the edge of the cutter body (1-1), cutouts (1-3) for inserting nozzles (1-2) for an abrasive jet are made in the corresponding position, the alloy cutting heads (1-4) are installed circumferentially between adjacent nozzles (1-2) for an abrasive jet, and the cutter body (1-1) is fixed at the front end of the main shaft (3) of the cutter by a fixing bolt I (2) to allow for a connection between the flow channels III (1-8) and the flow channels II (3-1), wherein a groove I (1-6) of a fixed annular sealing is provided in the adjoining position between the body (1-1) of the cutter and the main shaft (3) of the cutter, and a rubber sealing ring is located in the groove I (1-6) of the fixed annular sealing.;EFFECT: providing safe, efficient road building in hard rock.;6 cl, 6 dwg
