The present invention relates to a plastic laser welding process for leakage reduction through joints in plastic welding application. The present invention relates to an improved process for leakage reduction through joints in plastic application utilizing various laser welding patterns. More specifically, the present invention provides different types of laser plastic welding patterns to prevent leakage/discontinuity in welding line due to improper fusion of materials to be weld.
