The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented lacquer that effectively removes urushiol from lacquer by using it as a grain seed extract and minimizes the loss of flavonoids and phenolic components contained in lacquer. A method for producing a detoxified fermented lacquer, comprising a primary culturing step of culturing a mushroom strain and a secondary culturing step of culturing or fermenting the lacquer tree by inoculating the cultured seeds, wherein the fermentation period is shorter than that of the conventional fermentation process. It can be usefully used in related industries by confirming that functional ingredients can be effectively maintained while shortening, as well as effectively removing urushiol.
