A blockchain-based digital currency transaction method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: a digital currency transaction contract receiving a first transaction request sent by a first account, and receiving x first UTXO currencies transferred from the first account (S101); when there is a second transaction request matching the first transaction request, the digital currency transaction contract matching the first transaction request with the second transaction request and recording same (S102); and executing the digital currency transaction contract, so as to exchange the first UTXO currencies transferred from the first account into second UTXO currencies (S103). By means of the solution, a digital currency transaction contract matches a first transaction request with a second transaction request and records same, and the digital currency transaction contract is executed, so as to exchange first UTXO currencies transferred from a first account into second UTXO currencies, so that the aim of protecting the transaction amount of a digital currency transaction and the privacy of transaction participants is realized.
