The present invention relates to the technical field of concrete box girders, and in particular discloses a solar radiation-shielding concrete box girder structure and a bridge box girder. The concrete box girder structure comprises a concrete base member and a circulation pipeline. The concrete base member is a cuboid structure. The circulation pipeline comprises a helical pipeline and a linear pipeline. The helical pipeline is provided within a side wall of the concrete base member. The linear pipeline has one end connected to a start end of the helical pipeline and another end connected to a terminal end of the helical pipeline so as to connect the helical pipeline and the linear pipeline as a closed loop. The circulation pipeline is provided with a liquid inlet, an air outlet, and a pipeline pressure regulating valve. The liquid inlet and the air outlet are each provided with a valve thereon. Cooling water is injected into the circulation pipeline. The concrete box girder structure of the present invention effectively reduces the temperature difference between different locations of box girder structures, especially for large concrete bodies, thereby preventing an excessive local temperature difference from causing stress, cracking or damage to structural bodies.
